Divine Company Policy
- Payment Policies – Any Project Over 1000$ Half down payment to be made before any work is performed.
- Cancellation Policy- Upon cancellation, the down payment will be forfeited and not refundable. A down payment is considered an agreement for work to be performed.
Customer Code Of Conduct-
- Customers should only communicate with Foreman on-site of any change order requests that will be added to invoice.
- Customers must not put employees down in any shape or manner including insults or racial slurs.
(Divine has the right to refuse service and walk off the job-site in case of any violation of policies from customers and charge for completed work)
- If services are complete and customer withholds payment Divine has the right to take legal action and place lien on property where services are being performed.
